Just Bein Social

Happy Sunday, darlings! Can you believe it's already the first week of December? It seems like these past few weeks have all passed in such a rush that I've barely been able to keep up. As of right now, the hubs and I still haven't managed to get our Christmas pictures at the beach taken #Christmascardfail. Hopefully though the weather will cooperate with us today and they will be on their merry way soon. Remember if any of you would like a Christmas card from me, I would love to send you one--just shoot me your email address!!

The rest of the weekend was a success though. Friday night Zach and I went to the theater to see 'Frozen'. I was sooo excited because not only do I love any and all Disney movies but I'd heard that this one was one of the best. And it definitely did not disappoint! Not to give too much of the story away but I absolutely fell in love with the story of Anna and Elsa--I'm pretty sure the ending was the best of any Disney film I've ever seen. And the hubs enjoyed it too (which can't be said for some of the older Disney princess films). We will DEFINITELY be introducing our own children to this movie when the time comes.

And since I've gotten you all up to speed with what's happening with us this weekend, it's just about time to this week's edition of the Sunday Social

1. What is the wallpaper on your cell phone?
This picture of Zach and I practicing up for our Christmas photos at the beach (we were supposed to go that day but work kept him till after the sun went down) which also happens to be the picture for the blog's new Christmas design.
2. What do you keep beside your bed?
My phone/morning alarm clock and a book that I read a few chapters out of when I can't fall asleep.

3. What is your least favorite chore?
Cleaning the bathroom, hands down. A close second would be taking out the trash. Incidentally Zach-sweet man that he is-does both of those.

4. If you could eliminate one thing from your daily routine, what would it be?
Hmmm nothing really--I would love not getting so sidetracked by the internet throughout the day but I'm working on getting better at that.

5. What do you do to vent anger?
I pretty much become a cleaning machine--I'll put in headphones and listen to very loud upbeat music (usually either rock or Celtic) and deep clean my kitchen. Running or doing something extremely physical also helps.

6. What is your favorite holiday of the year? Why?
I have two actually--Christmas and the Fourth of July. I love Christmas because it's just so full of cheer and magic. Decorating the tree, braving the crowds to do Christmas shopping, wrapping presents, being with family--it just all around makes me happy.

The Fourth is a close second though, partly because Zach and I got married the day before, but also because I've always loved the intense patriotism it brings out for our great country. America is so blessed and I love that we have one special day to join together and celebrate. Plus, I love the Independence Day fireworks.

How about you? Don't forget to link up with the Sunday Social!
