What I'm Pinning This Week

Happy almost-end-of-the-week, friends! I am so very excited for Saturday to roll around because.....da-da-dum....that's the day I pick up Zach. Can y'all tell I'm counting down the hours?

Anyway, today I'm linking up with Hayley and Lauren once again. Today's prompt for the Girl between the Lines is to share your top 5 pins of the week. I LOVE Pinterest so I knew that I just had to participate this week!

1) Map Hearts: I've been feeling really crafty lately and these have been on my my to-do list since Zach and I got married. We've had so many memorable moments in a lot of different places (Montana, Wisconsin, Georgia, Hawaii) and this would be a great way to display them in our home.

2) Baby Book Media: Before anyone asks, I'm NOT pregnant; however, this doesn't stop me from having a baby board. I love this idea of taking screenshots of texts and Facebook posts wishing congrats on the little one's arrival for a baby book. Social media has become such a huge force in our day and age so why not document it for Baby T! (PS-I could not for the life of me find the original source of this pin so the source is simply the pin's url)

3) American Flag Mason Jars: Again something crafty! My sister's impending vacation has given me just the push I needed to clean out our guest bedroom and I'd love to turn it into a craft room/office with a patriotic/vintage American color scheme. This would make such a great decoration....and doubles as a really sweet Fourth of July craft.

4) Food Styling and Photography: I love food....no secret there! And when I make a new recipe that the hubs just loves, I like to take photos and brag about my culinary genius on ze blog (no really, that is the reasoning behind those recipe posts)! This is the best post I've seen about apertures and composition and all of that really cool, but slightly confusing, stuff.

5) Don't Compare Your Chapter: This is actually a post in the making. I'd also love to make a print of this quote and hang it in my craft/office room one of these days.

What are some of your favorite Pinterest pins this week? Link up with the Girl Between the Lines!
