Happy St Patrick's Day!!

Top o' the morning to ya, my loves and a very happy St Patrick's day! I am not very happy with Blogger at the moment because the post I scheduled today mysteriously disappeared between yesterday and today which pretty much means that you're now reading the not-as-good-as-the-original version.

I've always loved Ireland--the people, the accent, the language, the land. And recently we discovered that my dad's family actually came to New York from Ireland which makes St Paddy's even more special to me.

Dublin Castle: Ireland

You know what makes me positively green with envy though? That the hubs went to Ireland for an entire three weeks with his parents a few years ago. I make him promise pretty much once a month that we'll visit Ireland one of these days.

All these lovely photos are courtesy of my in-laws Greg and Marta, missionaries to the Republic of Ireland, currently on deputation.
You can find more information about them on their Facebook page Heart for Ireland.
Happy St Patrick's Day! What are your plans for the day? Do you have any ancestors from Ireland?
