Sunday Social Numero Uno


Happy Sunday y'all! Here I am again with another link-up! Can you tell I really like them? Well in case you've missed the memo, I'll just tell you right now that I do. This one called the Sunday Social and it's hosted by A Complete Waste of Makeup  and Ashley Lately. You know it's the start of a good thing when the first topic you get for a link-up is music and the next one is television!! So here goes--Week 1 of the Sunday Social.

1. What is your all-time favorite song?
Oh that's a hard one. Probably Meet in the Middle by Diamond Rio. I think that was one of the first country songs I ever listened to that really stuck with me. Bonus point for having a really great message for all of us marrieds.
 
 
 
2. Who is your favorite singer/band?
There are so very many of them. Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Colt Ford. Then I have a bunch of non-country ones like Eminem, Switchfoot, Nickelback, and such.
 
3. What song reminds you of your childhood?
First off, Spice Girls Wanna Be and second Poison's Every Rose Has Its Thorn. Hurrah for 80s music! 
 
4. What songs put you in a good mood?
Footloose (you can't help dancing to that one), Carrie Underwood's Good Girl, pretty much anything by Brantley Gilbert and 21 Guns by Linkin Park
 
5. What is your music to rock out to in the car?
COUNTRY!! Anything with a little base and a country twang gets turned up (unless we're in traffic or lost, then this rule applies.....
 
6. What is the most embarrassing album or song you own?
Ok I admit it--I have Justin Bieber's As Long As You Love Me on my phone. But I pinky promise that is the only Justin Bieber song I actually like--scout's honor!!

    Coming over from Sunday Social :) I do love Carrie and Miranda. I love the more "poppy" Country songs though I am discovering some more Country- I like how the songs tell stories.. And no problem with the Biebs. He does have a great voice ... just an awful personality

    I'm impressed that you admit to Justin Bieber. If I owned anything by him, I'd darn sure would NEVER (not even under torture or waterboarding) admit to it ;-)

    Hey Stephanie! I'm really not a Bieber fan, I promise!! (Definitely not a fan of his personality!) Different strokes for different folks though! :D
