A Very Aloha Bucket List

Where does time go? It seems like just yesterday Zach and I moved to Hawaii.....but nope it's been two whole years!!! We only have one year left on island, y'all!! My Cara Box buddy Alex recently made a bucket list for Hawaii and it made me realize just how much we have left to do here. And there was born our very Hawaiian bucket list. 

1. Go to the Hawaii State Fair (hopefully the 26th of this month) 2. Hike Diamond Head twice-- We've done this but I'd love to do it again before we leave. 3. Go snorkeling.  4. Visit Maui...or actually any of the other islands.  5. Take a tour of the Dole Plantation.  6. Go snorkeling (this might be a little hard since I can't swim). 7. Finally learn how to swim. (yeeaaahhh I know...it's horrible right.....at least Zach can, right!) 8. Spend a day at the beach on all four corners of the island.-- Done and done.  9. Visit the Pearl Harbor/USS Arizona Memorial.-- This was actually one of the first Hawaiian attractions we went to.....and we visited again when my sister visited. 10. Have pictures taken of Zach and I at the beach every year.--Two years down, one to go. Maybe this time we can snag a professional photographer.  11. Eat at a food truck.  12. Visit all the military bases on the island. -- done...although I'm not quite sure the 10 minutes we spent on the Marine base quite counts but we'll say it does because there's no way we're going back!  13. Go to Wet n Wild. -- Another one crossed off....and not one I'd probably go to again. 14. Go skydiving. -- Ahhhh.....this might not happen....ok it's probably not going to happen...like ever.  15. Take some underwater pictures of the fish.  16. Take some good pictures of the sea turtles. -- We actually had the camera out the last time we saw sea turtles but I didn't catch them fast enough. Definitely trying again this summer!  17. Hike at least two more waterfalls.  18. Catch a surfing competition...preferably on film.  19. Have a picnic on the beach.  20. Visit the Honolulu Zoo. Just cuz.  21. Walk the strip in Waikiki during the day and the night.  22. Hike the Stairway to Heaven.

Ok so that last one's probably not going to happen......this girl isn't that great with heights or huge spaces between steps.....or rickety steps. Yeah it just ain't gonna happen.
